This strange couple was seen on Main St. in Vancouver, B.C. A casual observer would be hard pressed to figure out their relationship. The man seems a little young for the woman. He is, perhaps, a little awkward or embarrassed. She appears to be much more interested in him that he is in her. Their attire certainly does not match. He dressed in casual business clothes. She is dressed in ... in... well that's anyone's guess. Shopping? Tea with the girls. Could they have a purpose standing on the main street of a busy metropolitan city?

This elderly JW, who is over 80, is only saying it as she sees it. Her son did not go into a play by play on the video up to that point but he sensed she was getting angrier the farther it went. Brothers in suits in Bethel dancing like young, worldly heathens. You can only feel sorry for her. Another pillar knocked out from under her belief structure. When the fireman and the 'thrusting chainsaw' came into view, it was the last straw for her. She was looking for something, anything and she found it. It may seem funny to us but not to her.
It should not surprise anyone that some would make such comments. Look at the member of the GB, Anthony Morris 3rd, going on and on, in public and before large groups of people, about tight pants, colored socks, not visiting Bethel and having to 'explain that to God', etc. A normally sane person [ if there is such a thing] would be shaking their head and viewing him with suspicion. What nonsense will Anthony Morris 3rd be uttering when he is 80 years old? This old lady probably struck out from frustration whereas Anthony Morris 3rd really believes it.

by their science is so far off it's sad ...but understandable.. the wt published several articles in the past dealing with reletivity etc.

Damn.....totally not diggin this....
by brandnew inok, im gonna try makin this as short as i can, cuz im still pissed.. my father is elderly, needs me to drive him to meetings.
it takes 30 minutes to drive there, so i stay for the meeting, i dress in slacks and a nice shirt ..in respect for pops.
going back home , would be pissing in the wind.....i would just have to turn around 20 minutes after getting there.. well elders asked me to the back room, and said im doing a good job taking care of my father, and that it looks like im well on my way to getting reinstated soon....wtf???.

Demoted from elder to MS, anybody ever heard of this?
by Naoscillator inso a friend in a nearby hall told me their co came through, and in a hellish week of long meetings and inquisition overhauled the boe.
only one remains as elder, three were re-appointed as ms, and one, the cobe was deleted entirely.. two new elders were brought in as new secretary and cobe / watchtower conductor, respectively, and introduced to the congregation from the platform on sunday immediately following his second talk.
he reminded everybody of the authority he has and then named the new appointees.
